Thanks for your update. Could you please share your detailed steps nigh how do you add the background image in the document and then get the issue when you lot impress the certificate?
Via click Pattern tab>Watermark>Picture>select the picture>bank check Washout and click OK. Then go to File>Print to check the outcome in impress preview? If not, please share your detailed steps.
Also, does the effect only happen in this specific document?
We'd like to test on our side and check if we can reproduce the issue in our test file, and cheque if the issue is certificate related or Give-and-take client related.

The aforementioned thing happens in powerpoint too....
I just worked out that it only happens if the transparency is adapted....
The more transparent I make the paradigm (whatsoever image), the more grey the background appears when I try to print information technology.....

It does happen when I export to PDF, but it likewise happens when I attempt to print - the greyness box appears straight away on the prototype shown in the print dialog.
